How to enter

  1. The prize draw will open at 15:00pm (British Summer Time, UTC +1) on Thursday 30 September 2021 and close at 12:00pm on Friday 8 October 2021 (UTC +0).
  2. To enter:
- You must post a comment on the competition post hosted on the @PataYamahaBRIXX Instagram account, and
- You must also follow the @SnackPata Instagram account.
  1. Your entry must not be inappropriate, offensive or illegal, in breach of another person's rights or in breach of Instagram rules. Such entries will be disqualified without notice.

 

Winner and Prizes

  1. There is one (1) prize available to win:
Front “windscreen” fairing and left/right side fairings signed by Pata Yamaha with Brixx WorldSBK riders Toprak Razgatlioglu and Andrea Locatelli.
  1. The winner will be selected at random.
  2. We will contact the winner via the Instagram Direct Message feature and if we have not received a reply within 24 hours, a new winner will be redrawn.
  3. If the prize is not available for any reason we will replace it with a prize of equivalent value.
  4. The prize is not available to be transferred to someone else or exchanged for cash.

 

Publicity and Content

  1. We will only use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win. We will not keep your details for any other purpose after the competition has ended.
  2. While we aim to fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw competition smoothly, we will not be responsible for circumstances arising beyond our reasonable control.
  3. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
  4. By entering this prize draw you consent to your entry, your username and/or photos being used in promotion and displayed on the @PataYamahaBRIXX social media channels in relation to the competition.
  5. By entering the prize draw you accept these terms. Our decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you regarding this prize draw.
